Welcome to humAIn! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and humAIn, Inc. ("humAIn", "we", "us", "our") that govern your use of websites, applications, and other services offered by humAIn (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service in any way, including, without limitation, visiting or browsing the Service, contributing content, information, or other materials to the Service, or downloading humAIn's applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration and Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. humAIn is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4. Content and Course Enrollment
When you enroll in a course, you receive a license from humAIn to view the course via the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. Courses are licensed, not sold, to you. You are not permitted to share or resell courses.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. You are responsible for all content you contribute to the Service and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and respects the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of humAIn and its licensors. Your contribution of content on the Service does not transfer any ownership rights of such content to you.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We agree to resolve any disputes through final and binding arbitration, under the American Arbitration Association’s rules and not to seek relief in court except for matters that can be taken to small claims court.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will humAIn, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless humAIn and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or from or in connection with any content posted on the Service by you.
11. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and humAIn regarding our Service, superseding any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
